Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, Spain, France, Poland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Turkey, Belgium, Austria, Czechia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China and Japan. Shipments are primarily handled by DHL Freight or UPS.

We strive to make shipments as cost efficient as possible for every customer. In case the shipping costs are too expensive in your area, please consider the e-book instead.
